1. A donor is defined as an individual or corporation/business.
2. For the purpose of awarding prizes that require unique donations, multiple donations from one donor to the same nonprofit will count as one gift.
3. One organization cannot win more than a total of 2 prizes. Matching money awarded does not count as one of the two prizes.
4. Organizations are eligible for prizes with each unique online donation made during the giving day from midnight to midnight, May 6.
5. For the purpose of awarding prizes: A large organization is one with over $250,000 in operating costs, a small organization with operating costs below $250,000. • Checks and cash
6. A “Unique Donor” is defined as one gift of $10 or more to one organization from one donor. (i.e. 10 - $10 gifts to the same nonprofit from one donor are considered one "unique donor” gift of $100).
Anyone who attempts to game the system runs the risk of being caught in our audit and disqualified permanently.
7. Prizes may be revoked or withheld if donations or matches cannot be validated or if donations do not qualify as “Unique Donors,” including falsifying donor email addresses or matches.
