- Specialized medical care for animals with urgent or unique needs
- A free monthly spay/neuter clinic for Norfolk residents
- A free pet pantry to help keep pets in their homes
- Essential supplies for foster families
- Reduced adoption fees through programs like the Golden Paws program for senior pets, the Shelter Star for overlooked pets, and Best Buds for two pets adopted together
