The focus of our Give Local 757 giving campaign for 2026 is to support a portion of the salary of the VCC Executive Director position into the future. Throughout our 34-year history, VCC has worked to keep the artistic salaries we pay at a competitive level for the Hampton Roads area. Help us build a sustainable future through our Leadership Legacy Fund for our Executive Director position and pay a more competitive salary for this important position. This will help us: 1) attract the best candidates now, 2) create long-term stability for the future.
