We are out in campsites, abandoned buildings, and other places not meant for people to live. We reach out to the most vulnerable individuals and offer support, linkages to resources, housing opportunities, and hope!
We assist the most vulnerable in our communities obtain and maintain affordable housing with housing focused supportive services.
