Bright Beginnings

Bright Beginnings is a psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) day program that follows components of a clubhouse model offering each individual a sense of importance, ownership and empowerment through his or her contributions in keeping their clubhouse alive and operating. The program provides an environment of encouragement and support where individuals can build self-esteem and self-confidence in a normalized setting. We maximize opportunities for individual empowerment, independent decision making, and individual input into treatment goals and program involvement. Our services will increase opportunities and skill levels for successful community reintegration in the least restrictive setting and focus on an individual’s strengths and abilities, maximizing skills and improving overall functioning level.

Service Members, Veterans and Families Program helps ensure that veterans, active-duty members and military family members obtain behavioral health treatment services and supports.

We collaborate with Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) facilities, Virginia Department of Veterans Services (DVS) programs and other external providers to determine SMVF eligibility for services.
