Hi, I’m Ralph Rios, proud Board member of Connect With A Wish.

This work is deeply personal for me and my family.

My wife Joy and I have built our family through adoption. We understand, firsthand, the realities that children in foster care face and the importance of showing up with consistency, care, and real support during times of transition.

That’s why I’m committed to Connect With A Wish.

On May 5th, I’m raising funds to support children and youth in foster care right here in our community. When young people enter care, they often do so with very little. Connect With A Wish steps in to provide essential items and support that help create stability, restore dignity, and remind them they are not alone.

This is not abstract for me. This is about real children, real families, and real moments that shape a young person’s sense of safety and belonging.
