I’ve seen youth aging out of foster care who are smart, capable—and still one unexpected bill away from everything falling apart. Good intentions aren’t enough. Real support is.
That’s what this day is about—showing up in tangible ways: groceries, rent support, a laptop, a reminder that someone sees them.
It’s more than fundraising. It’s about BRIDGING the gap between potential and stability.
For 24 hours, our community decides these young people matter. And when we show up together, they feel it.
