The Hampton Roads Community Action Program is dedicated to empowering youth, adults, and seniors throughout our community. With the support sponsors and community partners, HRCAP helps families access career opportunities through workforce development, provides quality early childhood education through its Head Start centers, and supports individuals on their path to financial stability and homeownership through financial literacy and housing services.
As a Community Champion, I am proud to help spread the word about the important work HRCAP does each day and to encourage others in my network to support this meaningful cause.
