Give Local 757
Donor Definition: A donor is defined as an individual or a corporation/business. For prizes requiring unique donations, multiple gifts from one donor to the same nonprofit will count as a single gift.
Prize Limits: An organization can win a maximum of two (2) prizes total. Please note that any matching funds awarded do not count toward this two-prize limit.
Eligibility Window: Organizations that are verified 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofits that provide services in the Hampton Roads region that are participating in Give Local 757 are eligible for prizes based on unique online donations made during two distinct periods:
Pre-Giving Day Prizes: From April 1 at 12:00 AM through May 4 at 11:59 PM.
Giving Day: From midnight to midnight on May 5, 2026.
*Organization Categories: For applicable prizes, a Large Organization is defined as having over $250,000 in annual operating costs, while a Small Organization has operating costs below $250,000. All prizes with an * indicate prizes will be awarded to both a large and small organization.
Qualifying Gifts: Only online donations made through the Give Local 757 website qualify for prizes. Checks and cash donations are encouraged for your overall total but do not count toward prize eligibility or unique donor tallies. A participating organization may not make a donation to its own fundraising page to help secure a prize. Any individual, including personnel employed by or affiliated with a participating organization, may donate.
