Ivy Foundation of Hampton, Inc.

Since 2005, the Ivy Foundation has been committed to supporting and sponsoring programs and activities that enhance and improve the lives of those in need in our community. The Foundation’s mission is to provide funding and support for scholarships and other programs and initiatives in the areas of health, education, economics, the arts, and the family. The Foundation also contributes to charities that provide programs and services that address needs such as hunger, poverty, disaster relief, shelter, and improving people's health.

Who We Are

The Ivy Foundation of Hampton, Inc., is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational and charitable organization established in 2005 by members of the Gamma Upsilon Omega (Hampton, Virginia) Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated to expand their services to the community.

Like the Gamma Upsilon Omega Chapter, which has existed in the Hampton Roads Area for over seventy-five (75) years, the Ivy Foundation is committed to supporting and sponsoring programs and activities that enhance and improve the lives of those in need in our community.
