To repair or replace substandard housing in the City of Williamsburg, James City County, and York County. Our unique strength is the formation of a true partnership between communities, volunteers, and our neighbors to achieve the goal of safe, warm, and dry housing.

Our services are provided at no cost to clients, who must be low- to moderate-income homeowners currently living in the home for which they are seeking assistance
