The Association is dedicated to offering knowledge, mentorship, and career path support and guidance to emerging and future leaders and professionals. From offering advanced certification courses, mentoring students and emerging leaders in their industry specific roles and interests,  we aim to foster a culture of growth and development among marginalized populations, ensuring that they have access to essential resources, learning, knowledge and networking opportunities to embolden their journey to leadership.

In addition, we support and create platforms focused on improving mental health and inclusion across neurodivergent populations.
