The Bethea Family Foundation and SafeHaven Empowerment Center are committed to strengthening lives and building brighter futures across Hampton Roads. We exist to serve individuals and families who need support, stability, and opportunities to move forward with confidence.

Through community-based programs, outreach, and empowerment resources, we help people overcome barriers and access pathways to greater safety, independence, and long-term success.

On May 5, we are proud to participate in Give Local 757, Hampton Roads’ largest day of giving. For 24 hours, our community comes together to support local nonprofit organizations that make a real difference every day.
