This fair is held annually in Newport News and connects people with the resources they need. In a festive and welcoming environment, local and state agencies and organizations share information, giveaways, demonstrations, and tips for community members. It’s for families, children, and individuals of all ages and has a huge impact each year. 

It is named for the event’s creator and founder, Valerie Scott Price who was a pillar in the Newport News community and was a member of the 20 Pearls Foundation, Inc.
