This Give Local 757, Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society is raising critical funds for our Angel Fund, a lifesaving resource that ensures every animal in our care gets the medical treatment they need, no matter the cost.

Right now, the need is urgent. Sweet Jayla, a gentle cat in our care, requires surgery to remove growths on both of her ears. These masses may be malignant, and she could face partial ear amputations to save her life. Mississippi Pippi, another beloved cat, is suffering from painful struvite bladder stones that must be surgically removed so she can live comfortably again.

In addition, we are currently caring for 10 heartworm-positive dogs. Heartworm treatment is essential but costly, at approximately $1,000 per dog. Without treatment, heartworm disease is life-threatening.

The Angel Fund allows us to say “yes” to animals like Jayla, Mississippi Pippi, and so many others who arrive in need of urgent, often complex medical care. Your support helps provide surgeries, treatments, and second chances.

Every donation makes a difference. Help us give these animals the care and the future they deserve.
